Cooking Classes & Events
Chef Deb Cantrell is a popular cooking class instructor and teaches healthy cooking classes in various settings, including cooking schools (i.e. Central Market), corporate environments, private homes, schools and more. She also serves as an instructor for the Culinary Business Academy (www.culinarybusiness.com).
Cooking Class Options Include:
- Customized cooking classes, addressing specific dietary needs – i.e., gluten-free, dairy-free, diabetic and cancer-fighting meals and recipes
- Group cooking classes (girls’ night out, kid-friendly snacks, etc.)
- Learn to prepare new dishes that are satisfying to the whole family
- Learn which basic staples to have on hand that lend to quick, easy and satisfying meals

- February 23, 5:00 pm - Healthy Cooking Class for employees of (EMSISD) - Eagle Mountain-Saginaw Independent School District. Taught by Chef Deb Cantrell, who has focused on special dietary needs for almost a decade.
- March 4, 5:00 pm - Cookin for Kids Celebrity/Chef Cook-off at the Cendera Center in Fort Worth.
- Menu: Godiva Chocolate Liquere Brownies; Gluten Free Mini Cupcakes and Pasta Salad with Spring Vegetables.
- March 28, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm - Spring Cooking Class at Market Street in Colleyville (gluten, dairy and soy free). $40 per person, taught by Chef Deb Cantrell, who has focused on special dietary needs for almost a decade.
- Menu: Stuffed Cucumber Cups; Asparagus Salad with Sweet Pepper Confetti; Grilled Shrimp with Blueberry BBQ Sauce; Braised Spring Peas with Basil and Spring Onions; True Baby Carrots with Citrus Glazed and Tropical Fruit Toss with Cashew Cream and Mint.
